This is my RC10 T3. The third generation of a great design. It took me about a week to put together, including painting the body. This is the truck that I typically chase my nextdoor neighbor's little dog with. She acts all tough and runs after it, but when it turns around, it's a different story!! RC10s are great rough-and-tumble trucks. They're fast and can really take a beating. I would caution that they are not the easiest things to assemble though. It probably would have taken me a lot longer than a week, if I didn't have machining and making things as yet another hobby!!

This is a hamfest beast that I picked up at the Rochester Hamfest last year. For those of you who have never been to a hamfest, it's a big flea market for electrical, mechanical, and computer junk. The beast looks like a custom job. The aluminum body and shock mounts are most likely hand made. The gearboxes are Kyosho, I don't have any idea what truck they originally went to. I had to spend some coin on refurb, new gears, and what not. I also put in a Super Rooster speed control, which handles the two motors in parallel without even getting warm. I bet I could could start up my Jeep with that thing. Over all it's a great truck, 4WD, and pretty fast.
